Your Burning Questions Part 5

This email took a little longer than expected to get out.
When you’re a network marketer you have to support your team
in every situation possible, well that’s what I had to do
toady!

But never to disappoint here is our final installment of
your most burning questions!

(Many more questions were sent in than I could answer. I
will do my best to answer as many of them personally as I
can. In this series I wanted to make sure to answer the
biggest questions so that’s what we’ve done!)

Stay glued because tomorrow morning I will be choosing our
winner of the BIGGEST burning question and I will be send
them their prize!!!

===========================
Question #1
===========================

How do I find qualified people that want to learn more and
have the money
to pay for it. Unlike myself that is struggling to exist out
here without a
job and running out of time quickly.

Everyone offers free ebooks, I have over 3000 of them but
they don’t help unless you have money to advertise or have a
list. I have no list and no money how do I do this
opportunity.

My Question is HOW do I get interested people involved in
it. Without
spending any more money!!! Guru’s do it because of who they
know, and JV’s
together, not what they send us in BS and ebooks.

Steve Hall

===========================

Steve,

Very good question!!!

8 months ago before I started my network marketing business
I didn’t have a list or any of the other benefits of what
someone would consider a guru.

So I can tell you exactly how to grow your business without
any prior leverage!

The simple answer is start marketing.

The first thing that I did to jumpstart my business was to
send out a few emails to some strong online publications.

The second thing that I did was I started a PPC campaign
with Google Adwords. These two actions brought me my first
50 or so team members.

So you can start marketing without a list and have success.

After this initial success it was simply a matter of
leveraging that success into bigger successes by teaching my
team exactly what I had done to get them so that they could
leverage my knowledge for our overall benefit.

Now you ask . . How can you do it without money?

Well what I did took money. About $232 to be exact.

How can you achieve success without money. Well, the first
thing that you are going to have to do is change your
perspective on your business.

If you are trying to grow a business on a $0 budget you are
going to have to devote some SERIOUS time and you should
expect this from the outset. There are ways to generate
traffic for free online, but they all take a great deal of
time.

If I were to go into marketing my business with no money
online I would devote 100% of my efforts to writing and
distributing articles on a large scale. I don’t mean writing
one article a week and distributing it to 5 article
directories I mean writing 10 to 20 articles a week and
distributing them to at least 30 article directories a piece
every week for at least 2 months.

With that sort of out put I would generate a moderate
response. Not the level of response that I speak about
above, but I would generate some measurable success that
would grow virally over the course of time.

Now here are the downfalls to going in on a $0 budget. It’s
not that duplicable. You are not going to find many people
who can or are willing to put out this sort of an effort to
see results, so if you are going to go in with no money are
going to have to be knowledgeable about paid advertising as
well because this is what your new recruits will gravitate
towards.

People want results fast and there is no way to do that
without money or without a list so you are going to have to
show them where they can spend their advertising dollar to
generate measurable results in a decent amount of time if
you are going to keep their interest in growing their
business.

It can be done on a $0 budget, but you are still going to
have to know how to teach people to effectively advertise
with money.

===========================
Question #2
===========================

What is your daily routine in your business. For example
when I come to work at
the office I do the following:

1.sort and distribute mail

2.check emails

3.return phone messages

4.file charts.

5.etc

6.etc

What do you do (step by step) as a network marketer so I
can set up some kind of
routine for my network marketing business.

Sharon Baker

===========================

Sharon,

This is a great question! I truly applaud you on it!

Here is what I do on a daily basis to run my business.

Remember I am still doing everything part time like most
other people out there so my time is limited.

When I get up in the morning the first thing that I try to
do is answer as many emails as I can. Usually I devote an
hour to this task.

The next thing that I do is I see if have any new leads in
my business to follow up on. If I do I will attend to that
task because it usually goes hand in hand with email follow
up.

The next thing I do is I ask what I can do to better help my
team grow?

Is there anything that I’m doing wrong? Is there anything
that I can improve?

I jot down these notes and try to attend to them during the
course of the week.

After this I try to send out a message to either my team or
my internet mlm success subscribers or both if need be. This
task can take an hour or more if I’m writing a couple
emails.

Then I go to work.

When I return home I check my email to see if there are any
pressing matters that need to be attended to and I respond
to the emails that I’ve sent in the morning.

It is usually at night when I set up and track new or
ongoing advertising cmapaings so this is when I attend to
this task. This can take either no time or quite a bit of
time depending on the task.

If there are any eBooks or new idea to learn I also try to
do this in the afternoon to see what I can add or augment in
my personal business plan.

Finally throughout the day I speak to and try to help those
people that call me for either downline training or
questions about joining my business. Usually I try to tell
people to call between 6 and 8pm but I get calls from all
over the world so it ends up being an ongoing task
throughout the day.

That’s about it!

A lot goes into my days, but it’s routine now and once
something is a habit it becomes second nature.

===========================
Question #3
===========================

Well I have recieved your internet mlm success already

I also bought the book you recommended the truth about
internet marketing.

I am very frustrated, confused and just about ready to give
up.

I use google adwords, with no success.

I guess my question is this.

Assuming I am willing to actually put effort into making
money online. What is the
absolute best stratagy to get into profits and get out of
debt? If you remember I am
on your team.

Please help. Pretty please

How Does a person with limited html, internet experiance and
very little money say
3000 or less. Actually make internetmlm work?

Larry Rivera

===========================

Larry,

I want you to give me a call as you are a member of my team.
If you are willing to work with me I have a plan for you
that will without a doubt will produce the result that you are
looking for.

Unlike many you quote a large enough figure to start your
trail towards success with 100% certainty based my experience.

With what you have proposed I will show you exactly what you
need to do when we speak, but here is the basic premise.

In an online world if you want to create a stable and long
term business you should have a product of your own.

It’s tough in the MLM industry because it’s hard to create a
product that has credibility if you don’t have prior
success, but that’s one of the reasons that I created Net
MLM Profits.

Anyone who purchases that guide has 100% resale rights to it
so they can set it up and resell it for themselves.

Having a leverage such as this will allow you to grow a list
of exactly the type of prospects that you want to attract in
network marketing while having your marketing effort pay for
itself.

Here’s an example I gave to one of my new team members a
couple of days ago.

I told him that if he wanted to set Net MLM Profits up if he
could generate 1000 leads in a month he would automatically
generate a marketing budget of $810 conservatively.

I say this because out of 1000 leads he would have at least
30 sales on the very conservative side which is a 3%
conversion ratio. So that means that if he could generate at
leads at $0.81 or less he would automatically put himself
into a breakeven or better situation.

Why?

Because 1000 lead / $810 = $.81 per lead

He would only have to grow his list at 33 leads a day and at
the end of the month he would not only have made at leas 30
sales but he would have a list of leads worth $810 for
FREE!

Duplicate this month after month and you can start to see
the type of growth in a business that this can create.

Anyways . . .

Larry give me a call. You know where to find me and we’ll get
you on the right track!

Time for a Change

As 2005 approaches, many of us are thinking about change. Many of us are setting goals, and making promises to ourselves and to those we love. We may vow to do everything differentbetternext year. We set lofty expectations to lose weight, learn a 2nd or 3rd language, never yell at our kids again, or give up our vices completely. And as the calendar closes out one year in favor of another, the timing seems just perfect to make those changes. But are we really, really ready? Attempting to change before we have made a fully educated CHOICE to commit to the process may be our first (and biggest) New Year’s mistake.

Psychologists Prochaska, Norcross, and DiClemente, among others, have developed a theory about the process of change, and the process by which we can be effective at implementing long term change in our lives. This Transtheoretical Model involves a number of steps by which people have been professionally and successfully treated and taught to manage their problem behaviors through behavior modification. As you read, ask yourself where you are in the process of change, and what obstacles are standing in your way from reaching the next level, and ultimately success. The example I use is to illustrate is one of weight loss; however, virtually any goal you may have to improve your relationships, time management or organizational skills, or any other aspect, fits the model.

1. PRECONTEMPLATION. In this stage, a person is unaware or under-aware that he or she has a problem. There is no expressed desire to make any changes, and no real concern or immediacy for anything to be different. If asked, we might say that things are fine, and that if nothing is different a year from now, it would be okay. Others around us may think we have a problem, or may be concerned about us, but we don’t see their need for concern, or simply don’t care. We may be in a state commonly referred to as “denial” or may just be resigned to being this way forever.

2. CONTEMPLATION. In this stage, an individual has become aware that there may be a problem, and has begun considering doing something about it. An overweight person may notice that he or she is out of breath when walking a short flight of stairs, or notices that his or her clothes don’t fit the way they used to. A smoker realizes that his or her health may be in jeopardy, and is beginning to “wish” that things could be different. When in this stage we often talk about how we really should x, y or z. We should go to the gym. We should say no to chocolate super fudge brownies. We should eat more fruits and veggies. We should…we should….we should…but we don’t.

3. COMMITMENT. In this stage, we have actually accepted that we have a problem and ARE going to do something about it. We are motivated to change. It is no longer acceptable to stay the same. The thought of NOT changing is unbearable. We can’t stand being out of shape any more. We are sick of the way we feel about ourselves. We are sick of watching life instead of participating in it. We go beyond saying “I should” and begin saying “I will.” We often enter this stage and commit to change only when the alternative is no longer tolerable. We’ve become sick and tired of being sick and tired. It is in this stage that changeand progressare born.

4. PREPARATION. So we’ve decided to change. Perhaps we’ve decided to lose weight, or be more active, or change our eating habits, or stop telling ourselves negative thoughts. So how do we go about doing that? We need a plan. We brainstorm. This is our “could” stage. We think of every possible alternative and resource. We could join a gym. We could hire a personal trainer. We could eat nothing but lean cuisines. We could go on a grapefruit diet. We could exercise an hour every day. They may be realistic, or downright crazy, but we’re brainstorming. We look at our options, and we choose the ones that will work for us. We prepare for battle. We buy the workout outfits with the matching headbands. We invest in expensive home gym equipment. We buy unproven supplements from professional looking models on TV. We rid our homes of dangerous temptations. We devise a plan, and are intent on following it through. We are ready.

5. ACTION. We’ve committed. We’ve prepared. We are physically, emotionally, and spiritually ready to embark on a journey by which we will improve our lives. And we follow our plan. The action stage is the “I am” stage. I am working out 3 days a week. I am following a sound nutrition plan. I am catching myself and the negative things I say to myself about food and my weight. I am proud of myself. I am doing. I am acting responsibly. I am changing and I feel it. This stage, when employed consistently, will result in the changes for which we have prepared and desired for so long. Is it easy? No. Is it always fun? No. Does it take a great deal of motivation, support, desire, and tenacity? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. If you stick to it, will it happen? Yes. The key is to enjoy the doing as much as the results of doing. Take pride in the fact that you are behaving better. You deserve respect. You’re doing more than most. You’re way ahead of where you were in the game back when. The secret is to keep doing. It takes a week or less to form a bad habit; it takes at least 30 consistent abstinent days to break one. Give yourself time to form good habits that will last you long after you’ve reached your weight loss goal. Just keep doing.

6. MAINTENANCE. Whew! You’ve been behaving in ways that have resulted in changes, and avoided behaviors which have hurt you or others. You feel proud when you look in the mirror. You hold your head higher. You have more self confidence. You interact with others more positively. Things are good. However, the danger of this stage, after we’ve made some big changes, is that we slide into complacency. We’re no longer so uncomfortable that we MUST change, and we are at high risk for relapse into past unhealthy and ineffective behaviors. Research shows that people who are able to maintain healthy changes for a minimum of six months have a great chance of success. If we can maintain the positive behaviors that have helped us reach our goal, without focusing on the result, but the processthen we are on our way to lifelong changes. All those good habits that were hard for us at timesworking out, watching what we eat, encouraging ourselves, getting support from othershave become part of our lifestyle. It’s just what we do, and the alternative is not an option.

When we have gotten to the point where we have implemented healthy lifestyle BEHAVIORS into our daily living, and continue to engage in those healthy behaviors regardless of the fact that we have reached a weight loss goal, it is THEN that we will have been truly successful at changing for life. When it becomes unthinkable to BEHAVE differently, then we will have reached the point where weight is no longer the focus of our goals, and will no longer be a source of low self-esteem. After all, we will be managing our lives in a way that demands respect from others, and it will show not only in the fitness of our bodies, but in the confidence and pride with which we greet the world. And THAT is where real success is measured.

Be Careful Who You Condemn

We all know customers are not always right - in fact - often they’re completely wrong. But if we allow our customers’ “shortcomings” to be the focus of our employees’ attentions we’re destined to fail.

The inclination to complain about a customer happens to all of us from time to time. After a customer irritates us in some way and eventually walks away or hangs up the phone, we immediately look for a nearby co-worker so we can share our negative experiences.

“Hey Bob. You won’t believe this jerk that was just on the phone…”

It becomes a bonding experience for co-workers, but unfortunately it alienates the customer. And when a frontline worker sees a manager dismissing a customer as “stupid” or an “idiot” it becomes clear to them that it’s okay to classify customers. Some customers are good and some are just plain dumb. They then feel that they have the ability to determine which customers are worth their time and which ones are not.

This can be a very destructive culture for a business.

So as a manager, you can’t allow your employees to see you disrespect a customer in any way. As I have already mentioned customers can be wrong - and yes, sometimes even dumb. But that’s not our concern - at least not in this article. It’s your job as a manager to keep your employees focused on finding new ways to keep customers happy and to look for problem areas that upset customers so you can prevent problems in the future.

It’s no secret that you and your employees are going to have problem customers, but it’s your responsibility to keep your employees focused on the fact that they have a job for one and only one reason - to serve the customer. Without customers, no one has a job.

Keep employees focused on what’s important. The good news is that YOU are the one who decides what’s important.

Male Libido - The Best 4 Natural Supplements To Increase Male Libido

Many natural supplements sold to boost male libido, simply don’t work and are sold without any medical substantiation whatsoever.

The good news however is, that some do, you just need to pick the right ones and here we are going to give you the best one of all, which has been medically proven to increase male libido.

Male Libido first things first

Male libido does not work in isolation from the rest of your body. A whole host of inputs are present that go into making you feel in the mood.

Your moods and your diet all affect your libido. Big passion killers include:

Tiredness, stress, depression, a poor diet, alcohol, smoking and drugs.

If you suffer from any of the above then you need to make sure that you improve your diet, get some exercise (a great stress booster) and cut down on drugs cigarettes and alcohol.

What is L- Arginine?

L-Arginine is a non essential amino acid and is necessary for normal functioning of the pituitary gland.

The production of L-Arginine decreases with age and many experts believe this is responsible for many degenerative processes that are related to aging.

Research shows it plays role in maintaining wellbeing and particularly male sexual health.

Why it is so important

In 1988 researchers discovered that L-arginine’s wide-ranging health benefits were due primarily to its role as a precursor to nitric oxide.

L-arginine stimulates the release of nitric oxide from the walls of blood vessels, improving circulation.

L-arginine is a particularly important amino acid for overall circulatory health and is sold as natural supplement for sexual health.

L-arginine has been proven to help increase blood flow to the penis, much like Viagra does, and the difference is it does it naturally.

How an erection occurs.

Nitric oxide is produced in response to messages from the brain; which triggers the release of nitric acid, which causes the smooth muscles of the spongy tissues inside the penis to relax, the tissue then fills with blood and an erection occurs.

L-arginine is so effective because it helps with the release of nitric oxide. Low levels of L-Arginine can lead therefore to decreased libido.

Medical proof

A study published in 1994 showed an 80% improvement in the erectile function of men given 2.8 grams of argentine a day after a two weeks period

Combining L-Argentine with other herbs has also shown impressive results.

Combining L-Argentine with the tree bark Pycnogenol has seen over a 90% increase in male libido in recent studies.

Other great products for male libido

There are other natural supplements that can be taken to increase male libido and two that are very popular are Ginseng and Gingko Bilbao

Ginseng

Korean Ginseng has been used in China as a sexual tonic for over 7000 years.

Korean ginseng in particular is taken for its ability to boost energy and sex drive. It also helps you adapt to physical or emotional stress and fatigue and helps improve blood flow

Gingko Bilbao

Is used to improve blood flow around the body including to the genitals and also functions as an anti-oxidant in the body.

Ginkgo has long been thought to heal male impotence, and is a standard herbal remedy prescribed in China and is now popular worldwide.

A combination of the above four natural supplements will help increase male libido

As we have said already, healthy sex drive depends on all round well being, as well as the realize of nitric oxide to create an erection.

The above four supplements all help with blood circulation and the realize of nitric oxide and this is why they are the best natural supplements for increasing male sex drive.

CD-ROM Atlases make for Precision Travel Planning

The geographic information provided by CD-ROM “map software”
such as Expedia Streets would make it prudent for anyone who
travels a lot to keep the disk in the laptop computer’s CD drive.

Many vacationers and business travelers could use more
detailed driving directions than what can be obtained
from those courtesy maps distributed at car rental offices.

A typical business traveler flying to an out of town meeting
or conference in an unfamiliar location would want a map showing
the “big picture” covering the greater metro area between the
airport and the location of the appointment venue showing
the freeways and major streets.

There would also be the need to zoom in on the exact address
of the location so that directions on where to get off the freeway and drive to the building.

With a whole set of “street atlases” tucked neatly into
your laptop computer you can first zoom onto the major
metropolitan area to familiarize yourself with the freeways
and major thoroughfares, or you can start by typing the
address of your appointment into the dialog box
where you will have the location pinpointed on a map covering
a small number of city blocks. You can then zoom out until
you see your location tying into the major thoroughfares.

If you do not have a notebook computer, you can print
the maps you will need so that you will have the necessary
directions to carry with you to your destination.

Low Interest Payday Loans - Convenience of No Credit Check Personal Loans

When urgent situations arise and money is tight, a payday cash advance loan may provide you with enough funds until your next payday. There are many advantages and disadvantages to applying for quick personal loans. If used responsibly, payday loans can be a lifesaver. As long as an applicant is in a financial position to repay the loan, high fees and additional interest are avoided.

What are Payday and Cash Advance Loans?

Cash advance loans are very different from loans obtained from credit unions, banks, etc. Cash advance companies offer personal loans during a financial crunch. However, the process is much quicker than other lending institutions, the loan term shorter, and the loan requirements are simpler.

Because cash advance companies offer loans to a variety of people with all types of credit, they must establish certain loan requirements. Nonetheless, their primary objective is to offer financial assistance, thus credit scores are never considered.

Payday Loan Company Loan Amounts

Each cash advance company has a different maximum payout. Most companies offer short term loans up to $500. On the other hand, several online cash advance companies approved loans with higher amounts. Be aware that the more money borrowed, the higher the loan fees. Loan companies charge a flat fee per $100 borrowed.

For the most part, you may get a loan up to $1500 with no credit check or collateral. Loan companies that offer funds up to $3000 may request a vehicle title or other form of collateral.

General Requirements for Cash Advance Approval

Payday loan companies do not care about credit scores, income, or occupation. They simply want applicants who are capable of repaying the loan. Thus, those applying for a cash advance loan must have verifiable employment. Typically, employer needs to be the same for 90 days.

All loan companies establish a minimum monthly salary, which ranges from $1000 to $1500. Because most cash advance companies deposit and withdraw funds, an active checking or savings account is necessary to receive funds.

Try using one of ABC Loan Guide’s
Recommended Low Interest Payday Loan Companies.

The entire loan process is completed electronically. Therefore, the loan company will automatically deduct the loan, plus fees, on the due date. To avoid paying additional fees, the funds should be available for withdrawal within two weeks.

Ten Tips For Setting (And Keeping) Life Changing Resolutions

It’s time for that annual ritual of making (and breaking) our New Year’s resolutions. There is something about the idea of being able to start over that motivates us to pause (at least briefly) and reflect on our lives as they are, as well as how we would like them to be. Yet how many times have you thought back to last year’s goals and found that many or most of them were abandoned or just forgotten after a few weeks or months into the year?

Many of us have difficulty following through on our resolutions due to factors such as choosing unrealistic goals, not making them challenging enough and/or lacking the necessary motivation to stick with them. The following tips should help put you on the right course and assist you in staying committed to your most important goals for 2006.

Start with a life vision

If you don’t know what you want your future to look like, how can you decide what areas of your life need to be worked on? Spend some quiet time TODAY reflecting on (and writing down) what is good, bad or incomplete. Then try to “see” your life if all of these areas were addressed and had become satisfactory to you.

Get organized

Clear away clutter. Go through paperwork, files, old bills and receipts, closets, drawers and storage containers. Decide what you need and will use and either throw out or give away all the rest. Put aside some time each week for this purpose. After you have cleaned out you can think about your existing systems for management and storage and see if these need reworking or just some fine-tuning. Keep ONE calendar to record all appointments, events, etc. Write down everything- don’t rely on memory.

Expand your horizons and make a commitment to learning something new.

Challenging yourself will infuse you with greater energy and sense of purpose. It will help build your self-esteem to realize you really are capable of more than you had previously believed. This new learning can also give you additional resources to assist you in your career, personal or love life.

Set challenging but realistic resolutions

Choose goals that stretch your ability muscles, yet are realistic and therefore less vulnerable to failure. Don’t respond to that negative inner voice that says; “oh, I’m not capable of that”. Instead, focus on what you truly desire for your life and relationships and let this be your guide.

Write down your resolutions

Write them down and stick them on your bathroom mirror, your fridge, your car dashboard, your desk or wherever you know will be a good place for you to see them. You can also show them to a good friend, family member, your coach or anyone who could provide support and encouragement.

Create action steps for each resolution; write them down, and keep an accounting of your progress for each.

A resolution without planned action is doomed to failure. Break each goal down into small action steps or objectives. Putting a date for completion will help ensure you follow through. Come up with an accountability system that will work for you. Make sure you check off each accomplishment as you go and be flexible and willing to make adjustments in your action steps in order to achieve your desired end results.

Take care of yourself; eat well. Exercise regularly and learn to control and eliminate unhealthy stress.

I know this is an obvious one, so why is it often ignored or overlooked when we are attempting to make important life changes? How many times have you said, “I don’t have the time” to eat right, exercise, sleep adequately, etc? Not caring for yourself will guarantee failure. So, why not make this your first and most important resolution for 2006?

Work to eliminate bad habits

Including this as a New Year’s resolution would put you on the road to good follow-through. Bad habits will sabotage your efforts and use up your limited resources of time, energy and focus. For each bad habit you decide to eliminate, have a good habit in mind to replace it with.

Set appropriate and healthy limits in all areas of your life

Knowing your limits and enforcing them with yourself and others is a prerequisite to a healthy life and relationship. Learn to say “no” and “enough” and be firm in your resolve that this is a good thing to do. Otherwise, you will also be undermining your resolution to take care of yourself.

Work to be the kind of person you want to be with

Bringing out the best qualities in yourself will help to ensure that you attract people of good quality into your life. You wouldn’t want to compromise on the standards you have set for a potential mate. Therefore, it’s important to understand that this also holds true for other people in search of relationships.

Now begin this year with the resolve to be the person you know you have the potential to be. You’ll be pleased with the wonderful changes that await you!

Questions That Most People Ask About the Second Coming of Christ

In this article and the next few following, I will offer a general compilation of the most often asked questions asked of me over the years, and hopefully some sensible answers. Some answers will have solid scriptural support while others my just appeal to reason and good sense.

You could get some answers by punching up your questions on the internet, perhaps on Ask Jeeves. You might want to confer with a Harvard University theological professor if you thought you would be getting a more valid answer. You may also just take a more casual approach, by just waiting for the next TV special on the subject and listen to the whole heavily opinionated body of experts. They might range from scoffers and doubters to liberals and conservatives and maybe a few crackpots and fanatics to spice the pot. You may, or may not learn anything, and you may escape sinking further into the swirling pool of confusion and uncertainty you already feel is prevailing, more likely than not you will be no more prepared than you were before.

The answers offered here are not infallible but they have a backing of over thirty five years of study, examination, revelation and hopefully a good smattering of common sense. The only other thing I can offer is my assurance that God has given me this particular calling and ministry. Whether any reader accepts the weight of these things is a matter of choice for them alone.

My choice has already been decided. First I would not dare to call God a liar. Secondly I have nothing to prove and last, but not least, it has clearly been required of me, and I must do this as sure as I must take my next breath. I hear ever so clearly these words every time I approach this subject… For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. Luke 12:48

Question

What is the single worst belief or false doctrine of all, concerning the second coming of Christ?

Answer
The single worst thing that works against sound second coming doctrine isn’t a doctrine at all. It is indifference. The business as usual lifestyle will be the chief reason millions are not fully prepared for His return, not some controversial doctrine. No one has made that clearer than Jesus. But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coining of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking. marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came and took them all away: so shall also the coming of the Son of man he. Matthew 24: 37-39

In America the idea of preparedness is being replaced with the idea of prosperity. Those in the continued hot pursuit of more material goods, securities and life as usual will be shocked and surprised at the sudden return of the Lord. Those who are students of the second coming message and who are prayerfully watching, will he surprised by nothing.

Secrets to Selecting a Home Pressure Washer

When selecting a home pressure washer there are some things you should know. First there are units at Wal-Mart for as low as $80.00 and although they are not of durable quality, if you are only going to wash your car once or twice a month they will work fine. If you are planning on using it around the house occasionally and cleaning your car twice per month, you may wish to spend $180 to $250 on a pretty decent electric one or $250 to $350 for a gasoline unit.

A good direct drive pressure washer with a Honda Motor of 5-8 hp is about 2K, but if these groups are only using it for one day they can go buy the Home Depot/ Sears/ Price Club special for around $250-350. These units make great pressure washers for car wash fundraisers or cleaning equipment in a business. You can even donate them for use with your kid’s next fundraiser car wash.

I recommend if you want a real quality unit to look at the Excel Pressure Washers at Home Depot and expect to spend about $500 to $600 and try to get one with a Honda Motor, at least 2250 Psi and a pump which is not direct drive but has a gear box between the motor and the pump. Think on this in 2006.

How To Borrow Rollover IRA Money?

It’s About The Rollover

Typically, borrow rollover IRA is transferring your retirement funds from your previous employer to your own individually managed retirement fund. You can do a rollover when you are leaving your job for another one, opening yourself a small business or retiring.

Several benefits exist if you do a borrow rollover IRA and it gives you more control of how your funds are utilized, not to mention where they are invested amongst other things. This is because if your retirement funds are invested in the company plan you you don’t have an option of deciding where to invest or have a limited option. In case of mergers or acquisitions while the plans at your previous company may be to your liking, the new company plans may actually turn out to be a disadvantage to you or may simply not be to your liking. In this scenario it is better to have greater control over your money.

While this doesn’t mean that the investments you choose will give you greater returns, you will certainly be in better control.

If you borrow rollover the IRA money then the fate of your money is separated from the fate of your employer. All companies fall into trouble and in many cases bankruptcy or fraud of any kind is uncovered, you risk losing your retirement money. I think you’d agree this is not a preference.

If you convert to a Roth IRA it gives you the benefit of a tax free withdrawal after a five year holding period. At that same time you can avoid the Spouse Consent Rule. This rule forces you to take consent of your spouse if you decide to name any one else the beneficiary of the account. Although to take advantage of this you must be single. Which means simply, doing a borrow rollover after you have married will not give you this flexibility but if you rollover while you are still single you can make use of this.

Furthermore, when you have company stock accumulated in your account and it has appreciated in value then it makes more sense to withdraw that stock and hold it in a taxable account than to do a borrow rollover IRA. This is because the tax that will be charged will be on the value of the shares when they were given to you and if the stock has appreciated then that amount will be considerably small.

However, there’s a catch here which can be easily avoided. If you ask your employer for the IRA money, they might make the check in your name. This could well mean that you will have to pay 20% tax on the amount and if you are under 55 an extra 10% as withdrawal penalty.

To ensure that you are not taxed doing a borrow rollover IRA money, make sure that you arrange for a direct rollover, which is done when the check from your previous employer is made in the name of the new custodian or trustee of the IRA plan and not in your name. You will have to then notify the administrators of your old IRA who will have paperwork for you to do. You will receive a cheque which you must deposit within 60 days to avoid paying the withholding tax.

Moreover, you can only roll over to your account what you hold in your previous one. Meaning, if you have cash then you can only roll over cash. You don’t have the option of using cash to buy stock and then deposit that in your next IRA account.

Borrowing

Your IRA account can also be used as a vehicle for short term borrowing. If you need short term cash you can withdraw money from your IRA account without interest charges, loan processing or any other paperwork. The processing is quite effortless. The couple of things to keep in mind are that you have to repay this sum within sixty days. After taking a loan you have to replace the entire amount within 60 days in either that same account or a new account to avoid paying the IRA tax withdrawal which is 10% of the amount.

Keep in mind that you can only make one such withdrawal each year. The borrow rollover IRA is not considered such a transaction and even if you have gone for a rollover you can still borrow in that same year.
